“Restricted” Trades?

Dear Bottarelli Research Member,

When attempting to place orders for the MRO April 47.50 Calls (MRO DW), the result is a response that says “can’t open a transaction” or “closing trades only.”

To be perfectly honest with you, I have not experienced this result before. Therefore, I have no idea what is going on with the MRO options string — so I’d like to temporarily cancel this transaction until we receive some further information.

PLAY: Cancel your order to buy the MRO April 47.50 Calls (MRO DW).

Should any additional information come out, I could re-issue this play. But considering the apparent order-flow errors occurring on the MRO options string, cancel this order until further notice.
