Add ABX and STX Calls

I still think gold is going higher this year, and the best way to play this move is using Barrick Gold (ABX – NYSE). Barrick Gold engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold properties, and its products include gold, copper, silver, and zinc. The stock always works better towards late summer and early fall, so let’s get into a position that allows us to profit off this rise.
PLAY: Buy the ABX January $32.50 Calls for $1.35.
Let’s also establish a position in Seagate Technology (STX – NYSE). The company engages in the design, manufacture, and marketing of disc drives for enterprise, desktop, mobile computing, and the January 2008 22.5 calls are trading for $1.00 on huge volume. Let’s establish a position there as well.
PLAY: Buy the STX January 2008 22.5 Calls for $1.00, good for the day.
