Action Alert: Lock in HALF DXD Profits

Our decision to increase our protection and add the DXD October 65 Calls (DXD JM) this morning looks like a savvy move. As I write, the Dow is down 181 points, and the ultra-short calls that we purchased for $5.00 have now crossed the tape at $6.20, good for a quick and easy 24% gainer. In a market like this, we must continue to be nimble and lock in profits whenever we can. Therefore, I’d like to go ahead and lock in HALF of our DXD profits now.

At the same time, we’re also seeing nice upside pushes in our DECK September 90 Puts (QUK UR) and our Salesforce.com November 55 Puts (CRM WK), so be sure to hold each of these positions for further upside as well. If and when it’s time to lock in additional profits, you’ll be the first to know. But until then, congrats on your DXD profits!
