As the Fed continues to inject money, the major market averages are getting a pop at the open of today’s trading. As a result, two of our positions are making a strong move to the upside, and I’d like to take full advantage.

First off, the General Mills April 70 Calls (GIS DN) that we entered for $4.00 on Monday have just crossed the tape at $6.00, good for a 50% gainer. Let’s lock in HALF of our profits now!

Secondly, yesterday’s biggest single-day move in gold prices have helped blast shares of Barrick Gold to the upside. As a result, the ABX January 2010 40 Calls (WRX AH) that we entered on August 18th for $5.00 have now traded as high as $6.96, good for another nice 40% winner. Let’s lock in HALF of these profits as well!
