Our recent trade on Southwestern Energy (SWN – NYSE) has been beautiful. We entered the SWN December 30 Calls (SWN LF) on Monday for $4.20 as natural gas prices began to establish a floor and move higher. As of today, these calls are currently trading as high as $5.20, good for a 23.8% gainer.

If you look at the SWN chart, you’ll notice its now trading right at the 50-day and 200-day moving averages, a level that could act as a momentary period of resistance. We can always get back into the position at a later day, but for now I’d like to take our profits off the table now!

PLAY: Sell your SWN December 30 Calls (SWN LF) at or above $5.00, good for the day.
