More Profits!

Lock in PCU Gains

Tomorrow’s a big day.

With earnings from Google (GOOG — NASDAQ) and Schlumberger (SLB — NYSE) we could be in for quite a wild ride, so buckle up!

What I’m thinking is that if SLB rallies into their earnings announcement, I’ll take the profits off the table today — so keep your eye open for that possible trade. But in the meantime, let’s lock in another short-term winner on Southern Copper (PCU – NYSE).

This morning, PCU is trading up $1.20, pushing your PCU December 50 Calls (LCU LJ) from $3.20 up to a high of $3.90. If these calls break $4.00, I’d like to take the profits.

PLAY: Sell your PCU December 50 Calls (LCU LJ) at or above $4.00, good for the day.

Also, if anyone continued to hold your SWN December 30 Calls (SWN LF), you’re getting a treat today as the stock opened higher by $1.60, pushing your calls all the way up to $6.10. That’s 45% above our Monday entry price! If you’re still in the SWN calls, take your money and run!
