Another company appeared on my bullish screener this morning — and it was teen retailer Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF — NYSE) hitting a historic high of $78.30 a share. Unlike competing teen retailers, who struggle to spin off new store concepts, ANF has found amazing success with their newly-launched Hollister and RUEHL brands. The chart tells the whole story:

As we steamroll into the holiday shopping season, I’m going out on a limb and predicting that ANF will be a $100 stock by Christmas. To profit off that thesis, let’s get positioned in upside ANF December calls now!

PLAY: Buy the ANF December 80 Calls (ANF LP) at or under $3.60, good for the day. Current bid/ask spread is $3.40 to $3.50. Place a protective stop loss at $2.60.
