ADM Pre-Market Alert

Take Profits!

Dear Bottarelli Research Member,

Good news! This morning Archer Daniels Midland (ADM – NYSE) reported that their first-quarter profit more than doubled to $0.61 per share, beating expectations of $0.55 a share and up sharply from the $0.29 they earned last year. On the news, ADM is up over $1.40 in pre-market trading!

Based on this jump, I want to be sure that you take profits on your ADM November 35 Calls (ADM KG). I would conservatively expect them to open around $4.50 or $5.00 per contract, and I wanted to send you this pre-market alert just to be sure that you take your profits off the table as you possibly can. I’ll be following up when the market opens with additional commentary, but until then here’s the play:
