We’ve had great success playing calls on Cummins (CMI — NYSE) in the past, and now might be the ideal time to play calls once again. As you can see below, the stock has just experienced a pullback, and today it’s using the day’s low of $98.00 as a strong bounce point.

Let’s use this near-term support level to enter a new call play and ride the stock back above its previous high at $107. Here’s the play:

PLAY: Buy the CMI August 100 Calls (CDM HT) at or under $6.80, good for the day. Current bid/ask spread is $6.00 to $6.60. Place a protective stop limit at $4.00.
