Dear Bottarelli Research Member,

With the markets opening lower across the board, I’d like to use an opening-session jump in Harvest Energy Trust (THE – NYSE) to lock in some gains. The HTE August 30 Calls (HTE HF) that we entered for $2.55 on 6/19/2007 have now traded as high as $2.85, so considering where this position has been — and the great recovery that we’ve witnessed — let’s go ahead and lock in our modest profits now!

HTE

PLAY: Sell your HTE August 30 Calls (HTE HF) at or above $2.80, good for the day.

Lock and load!

Sincerely,

Bryan Bottarelli
