Dear Bottarelli Research Member,

Ever since hitting the “send” button on your last alert, the markets have made a decisive move to the downside. This warrants an instant put play on Bear Stearns Companies Inc. (BSC – NYSE). As you can see from the chart, the stock is in the process of getting punished, so there’s no time to wait. Since BSC has the largest sub-prime exposure of all the brokers, its’ time to enter BSC August puts now!

BSC

PLAY: Buy the BSC August 30 Puts (BSC TF) at or under $5.30, good for the day. Place a protective stop limit at $3.90.

Lock and load

Sincerely,

Bryan Bottarelli
