It’s not everyday that the Dow drops 300 points. But for options traders like us, it’s a wonderful opportunity to make fast profits. In fact, we’re literally making over 30% on every new put play in a matter of minutes, and I’d like to take full advantage.

The CMTL August 45 Puts (CQH TI) ticked up too fast to get us in, so let’s cancel that order and turn our attention to the BEN August 130 Puts (BEH TF).We just entered these puts for $3.60, and they’re now trading as high as $5.00. This is literally a 39% gain in a matter of minutes, and I simply cannot ignore taking these profits off the table. Call me crazy, but let’s go ahead and lock in these gains now!
