Since our morning alert, Bear Stearns Companies (BSC – NYSE) continues to extend to new lows. Just look at this chart!

The stock is down over $5.00 as I write (and falling fast) so let’s use this opportunity to lock in a super-fast gainer on our BSC August 120 Puts (BSC TD). We entered these puts for $5.40 and they just crossed the tape at $7.40, so let’s lock in the profits now!

PLAY: Sell your BSC August 120 Puts (BSC TD) at or above $7.30, good for the day.
