Maintain AAPL and PCP
Dear Bottarelli Research Member,
As I mentioned this morning, shares of Apple Computer (AAPL – NASDAQ) have very strong support at the 50-day moving average, so our decision to add to our Apple December 175 Calls (APV LO) looks to be the right move. Unless something dramatic happens this afternoon, I plan to hold this position going into next week.
The same goes for our PCP December 135 Puts (PCP XG).The bearish overtones continue to be the predominant formation on today’s chart, so unless shares violently sell off into the close, I plan on holding this position going into next week as well.
But as for our JASO December 55 Calls (QJP LK), let’s go ahead and lock in our profits now. We entered these calls yesterday for $6.90 and they’ve now traded as high as $8.20 today, so let’s trim down our upside exposure and lock in these profits!
PLAY: Sell your JASO December 55 Calls (QJP LK) at or above $7.80, good for the day.
