Dear Bottarelli Research Member,

If you’ve been with me for a while, then you know that one of the most remarkable stocks we traded in 2007 was Potash of Saskatchewan (POT – NYSE).Looking at the chart below, it appears like POT is once again on the verge of making a run at a new 52-week high, so let’s properly balance out our WYNN puts by adding a new January call position in shares of POT. Here’s the trade:

POT

PLAY: Buy the POT January 150 Calls (PYP AJ) at or under $6.30, good for the day. Current bid/ask spread is $5.90 to $6.10. Place a protective stop limit at $2.90.

Lock and load!

Sincerely,

Bryan Bottarelli
