The Dow has advanced over 250-points higher in impressive late-afternoon trading. But despite this impressive rally, the Blue Chip average has yet to beat yesterday’s high. And therefore, I’d like us all to continue holding our DIA February 122 Puts (DAW NR).But in the meantime, I’d like to speak directly to anyone who followed by long-term advice on the homebuilder sector and purchased the DHI January 2010 10 Calls (YRI AB). As you know, this was a special report play that I issued on August of 2007 that attempted to capture the bottom in the US Housing market. Many thought I was crazy to recommend call options on DR Horton (DHI — NYSE), but today all those critics are eating a hot plate of crow. Just look at this chart:

As I write, shares of DHI are extending their gains of this month, and this has pushed your DHI January 2010 10 Calls (YRI AB) all the way up to $9.00 per contract. Let’s take full advantage of this rise and officially lock on our gains now!
