Buffett to the rescue! This morning, Warren Buffett said that Berkshire Hathaway has offered to reinsure $800 billion in municipal bonds backed by Ambac, MBIA, and FGIC. This is offering a calming and reassuring effect on the markets, which can be seen by this mornings’ solid upside gain. As you can imagine, move is great news for our DE March 85 Calls (DE CQ) leading into tomorrow’s earnings announcement. As you know, we entered these calls yesterday for $5.20 and they just crossed the tape at $6.30, good for a 21% gainer. This triggers an immediate “sniper” sell, so lock in your gains now!

PLAY: Sniper Sell your DE March 85 Calls (DE CQ), good for the day.

Also continue to hold your SII March 60 calls (SIK CL), as one more upside push and we’ll be locking in gains on this play as well. And as always…
