PLAY: Sniper Sell your APOL April 55 Puts (OAQ PK) at or above $5.30

As you now, the major market averages have taken quite a dive this afternoon. Luckily for us, this is providing a nice lift for our APOL April 55 Puts (OAQ PK).After entering these puts this morning for $4.40, they’ve traded as high as $5.30, good for a really nice sniper sell at the 20% profit level. If you haven’t already done so, lock in these gains now!

Also, today’s down-move is exactly what we wanted to see for our DIA Strangle. Specifically, it’s now time for our April 114 Puts (DIA PJ) to come in and hand us a profit on our total basket. These puts have traded as high as $1.36 in today’s action, and a move up to $2.13 would be the break-even point on the total DIA basket. That could easily come with one more day of selling pressure, so continue to hold your puts for more weakness.

In terms of DRYS, I still like the idea of holding these calls to participate in any unforeseen market rally, so maintain this position with our pre-determined sell target at $5.20.
