PLAY: Sell your CAT August 70 Calls (CAT HN) at or above $5.20, good for the day.

Despite the fact that CAT announces earnings tomorrow, I think the same play is to lock in our 26% profits now. You see, the CAT August 70 Calls (CAT HN) that we entered this morning for $4.20 have just crossed the tape at $5.30, good for a nice and easy winner. Although a strong earnings report tomorrow afternoon could extend these gains, let’s take the safe road and lock in our gains now.
