PLAY: Sell your SDS August 70 Calls (SDS HR) at or above $1.85, good for the day

Once again, our SDS calls are handing us a nice profit.

As I write, the major market averages are all trading lower, and this has pushed your SDS August 70 Calls (SDS HR) from our $1.55 entry price up to a high of $1.90, good for a nice and quick 22% return.

Now, at the same time, it’s important to note that rumors are circulating in Washington that a “mortgage rescue” bill could be passed into law at any moment.

If this bill gets passed, it could trigger an upside push in the financial sector, as it would offer a tremendous amount of relief to the beleaguered sector. Therefore, I don’t wan to let this bill get in the way of our current profits, so let’s go ahead and lock in our SDS gains now!
