PLAY: Sell your UNP September 75 Calls (UNP IO) at or above $6.60, good for the day.

Good Friday morning. With the major market averages opening to the upside, shares of Union Pacific (UNP – NYSE) have began the day with a +$3.00 upside move. This has pushed the UNP September 75 Calls (UNP IO) that we entered on August 14th for $5.60 up to a high of $7.00, good for a 25% gainer. Let’s lock in these profits now!

PLAY: Sell your UNP September 75 Calls (UNP IO) at or above $6.60, good for the day.

At the same time, maintain your MOS September 110 Calls (MOS IY). These potash stocks can be very volatile, so we could easily see prices reverse throughout the session. Until then…
