As the major market averages continue to absorb more bailout news, the GLD October 87 Calls (GLD JI) that we entered yesterday for $3.00 have opened the session trading at a high of $3.70, good for a quick 24% gainer. In this extremely volatile market environment, I want to take the money and run! Let’s lock in our gains now.

PLAY: Sell your GLD October 87 Calls (GLD JI) at or above $3.60, good for the day.


At the same time, continue to hold your DIA Political Straddle (October 110 Calls & Puts). The current price of the basket is $8.00, good for a 14% gain above our $7.05 entry price. Further downside should continue to tick this position higher, so hold for more gains. And as always…
