PLAY: Sell your ETR November 70 Puts (ETR WN) at or above $6.20, good for the day.

Late in the day yesterday, we entered the ETR November 70 Puts (ETR WN) for $5.10, based on a chart formation that indicated a re-test of ETR’s recent lows. As I write this morning, shares of ETR are once again falling, which has pushed your put contracts up to a high of $6.40. That’s a quick 26% gainer, so let’s lock in these profits now!

PLAY: Sell your ETR November 70 Puts (ETR WN) at or above $6.20, good for the day.

Congrats on another quick-hit winner. At the same time, let’s remain positioned in the ABX November 30 Calls (ABX KF), as I feel that investors will once again flow into gold. And we’re also holding the UYG November 13 Calls (UUF KO), in anticipation of a snap-back rally on the financials. I’ll follow up throughout the day. But until then…
