PLAY: Buy the DUG December 34 Calls (DZG LH) at or under $4.30, good for the day. Place a protective stop limit at $1.90 and a pre-determined sniper sell at $6.30

PLAY: Buy the KSS December 30 Puts (KSS XF) at or under $2.40, good for the day. Place a protective stop limit at $1.10 and also place a pre-determined sniper sell at $4.50.

Over the last hour, we haven’t made any progress filling our $3.60 buy orders on the DUG December 34 Calls (DZG LH). As I look at the DUG chart, I continue to feel like there’s a major upside move on the horizon. Therefore, let’s go ahead and pay up to get these contracts. Here’s your new buy parameters:

At the same time, we have another wonderful opportunity to profit off a downfall in Kohl’s (KSS – NYSE). Despite the fact that shoppers flooded stores over this past weekend, major discounting will ultimately lead to a difficult holiday sales season. Since KSS rallied hard last week, we now have a classic “sell on news” situation that should push shares of KSS back down under $25.00. Let’s profit off this move now!
