Going into the Fed meeting, let’s reduce our position exposure by closing one profitable play and also closing one losing play.
On the plus side, the CLF February 25 Calls (CLF BE) that we entered yesterday for $2.20 have just crossed the tape at $3.00, good for a quick 36% gainer. Let’s lock in these profits now!
PLAY: Sell your CLF February 25 Calls (CLF BE) at or above $2.90, good for the day.
At the same time, our MHK February 35 Puts (MHK NV) have officially triggered our stop loss at or below $1.60, so if you haven’t already done so, close off this position now.
Then, sit back and see what transpires going into the Fed meeting. And as always…
