As the major market indices teeter at the day’s lows, a breakdown will once again spark panic among investors — and I feel this could lead to another run into a safe-haven like gold. Therefore, I’d like to use today’s $3.00 down-move in AEM to add to our AEM March 60 Calls (AEM CL).
As you know, we entered these calls last week for $3.20, and now you can pick them up for $2.10. Since I continue to feel strongly about the upward movement of gold prices going into March, let’s lower our cost basis and add to this position now.
PLAY: Buy more AEM March 60 Calls (AEM CL) at market, good for the day. Lower your protective stop limit to $1.70.
At the same time, continue holding your V February 50 Puts (V NJ), AZO February 125 Puts (AZO NE), and TBT March 48 Calls (TBT CV). And as always…
