Play It Again!
PLAY: Buy the TBT April 48 Calls (TBT DV) at or under $3.10, good for the day. Place a protective stop limit at $1.80 and a pre-determined sniper sell at $4.40.

As we get set to close out another volatile trading session, the major market averages have put in a strong reversal. In short, a 100-point gain on the Dow has quickly turned into a 90-point loss. And in the process, the “tug of war” that I referenced in an alert this morning wages on right above the 7,000 level. See below:
As you would expect, this reversal has done well for our downside positions, as both our QID March 60 Calls (QID CH) and our PCP March 60 Puts (PCP OL) have quickly shot into the profit zone.
On the other hand, our CMG April 60 Calls (CMG DL) and our AGU March 40 Calls (AGU CH) have drifted lower. Now, to fully capitalize on this market, let’s maintain all four positions. From a strategic standpoint, we’ll plan to sell off any of these plays as they move into our desired level of profitability. When it’s time to act, I’ll certainly let you know.
In the meantime, it’s once again time to play calls on the UltraShort 20+ Year Treasury ProShares (TBT).No matter if the markets move up or down, I’m becoming increasingly convinced that Treasury prices are in trouble. Therefore, let’s get positioned in TBT calls.
Now, like most of our Treasury plays, this one will probably move quickly. As a result, I plan to trade it just as quickly. After all, we don’t want to get caught in a situation where the Feds step in and buy up a block of Treasuries to maintain market stability.
As you know, we’ve had a really nice run of success making these Treasury plays, so let’s keep the ball rolling by adding TBT calls with an April expiration date going into tomorrow’s trading. Here’s the play…
