PLAY: Sell your K August 45 Calls (K HI) at market, good for the day.

Good morning. Leading into Kellogg’s earnings, the stock is popping this morning. As a result, the K August 45 Calls (K HI) that we entered on July 27th for $2.95 have just opened the day at $4.00, good for a 35.5% gainer. Let’s go ahead and lock in all of these profits now!

At the same time, Visa said that their fiscal third-quarter net income came in at $729 million ($0.97 per share) versus $422 million ($0.51 per share) one year earlier. Net operating revenue in the latest period came in at $1.6 billion, up 2% over the prior year. On this news, shares of Visa are opening higher, which has pushed our V August 65 Calls (VEH HM) into the profit zone. As always, I’ll keep you fully updated as the day goes on. Until then…
