PLAY: Buy the POT October 100 Calls (PYP JT) at or under $3.80, good for the day. Place a protective stop limit at $1.90 and a sniper sell at $5.50.

In addition to our newly established upside plays on the Chinese gambling sector, let’s also get repositioned in potash giant Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan (POT – NYSE). Similar to our last upside play on POT, which played calls as the stock bounced off the 200-day moving average, today’s play has been triggered by a strong breakout above the 50-day moving average. Let’s position ourselves for a run above $100 by early October.
