Good morning. Let’s begin the day by locking in profits on our SHLD March 95 Calls (O:SHLD 10C95.00).Earlier this morning, Sears Holdings reported their best quarterly profit in three years, earning $430 million ($3.74 per share) versus $190 million ($1.55 per share) one year ago. Revenues came in at $13.25 billion, which beat the Thomson Reuters estimate of $12.90 billion. As I write, shares of SHLD are up a little over $2.00 in pre-market action. Therefore, let’s use this earnings-based pop to lock in gains on our SHLD March 95 Calls (O:SHLD 10C95.00). While I’m not entirely sure what price the calls will open for, use the early strength to lock in your profits. Anything over $5.00 looks to be a nice exit price, but don’t discount the market makers’ ability to play their little games. In other words, take your money and run!
