As one final trade of the day, let’s use a very strong support level at $100.00 on Sears Holdings (SHLD – NASDAQ) to add April calls. Just to reiterate my position, I consider SHLD the worst retailer in America. But due to their thinly-traded stock combined with a high short ratio, every dip in SHLD sparks another upside move. Therefore, the trading strategy (as odd as it may sound) is to buy SHLD on any dip. Right now, you can see that the stock has tapped support at $100.00, which tells me that it’s getting set to push higher. Let’s play this upside move using April 100 Calls now!
