Use Restriction

The Bottarelli Research Web site is intended for personal, noncommercial use. In order to access and use the Web site, you agree that you will not: (1) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Web site; or (2) use Bottarelli Research’s name, URL, trademarks, server, or other materials in connection with, or to transmit, any unsolicited communications. You may only use this Web site to make legitimate requests to purchase the services offered and shall not use this Web site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests or any requests in anticipation of demand. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of this Web site. You agree to promptly update your membership information (if applicable) in order to keep it current, complete and accurate.

It is a violation of law to place a request in a false name or with an invalid credit card. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your Web browser transmits a unique IP address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Fraudulent users will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of this Web site for the sole purpose of using this Web site as a personal resource. Subscription Terms and Conditions

Bottarelli Research offers subscription-based services, including Bottarelli Research Options and Bottarelli Research LEAPS. The published rate of Bottarelli Research Options is $2,800.00 for a 12 month subscription, $1,500.00 for a 6 month subscription, and $800.00 for a 3 month subscription. Should you decide to cancel your membership anytime during your term, you will be credited $150 for every unused month of service since your latest payment, minus a 10% processing fee. The published rate of Bottaelli Research LEAPS is $2,300.00 for a 12 month subscription, $1,350.00 for a 6 month subscription, and $700.00 for a 3 month subscription. Should you decide to cancel your membership anytime during your term, you will be credited $100 for every unused month of service since your latest payment, minus a 10% processing fee. An unused month is defined as any full month of service included within your subscription term that you have yet to enter. For example, if you subscribe to Bottarelli Research Options for a 6-month subscription on April 23rd and submit a refund request on June 2nd, you will forfeit the full month of June, and receive a credit for the three (3) unused months of July, August, and September in the amount of $450. Under extenuating circumstances, you may receive an additional credit for unused days of your subscription but this determination is made at our sole discretion. There will be absolutely no exceptions made to this refund policy unless CSR Group, LLC deems the circumstances to be extreme and warrant individualized attention.

A subscription to Bottarelli Research grants you a single, non-exclusive, limited personal license to access and use the Members Area of the Bottarelli Research Web site conditioned on your continued compliance with the Terms and Conditions. You may not, under any circumstances, transfer or share your subscription or right to access or use of the Members Area of the Web site. Doing so may result in the termination of your subscription without any refund at the sole discretion of CSR Group, LLC. Your right to be a subscribed member of Bottarelli Research will terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition found within the Terms and Conditions. Upon such violation, you agree to terminate access to the Members Area of this Web site. You further agree that Bottarelli Research, in its sole discretion and with or without notice, may terminate your access to any or all areas of this Web site, and remove and discard any information or content within this Web site. You also agree that Bottarelli Research will not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Web site.

Auto-Trading Disclaimer

Although some members of Bottarelli Research may choose to engage in what is commonly known as “auto-trading,” Bottarelli Research and Bryan Bottarelli do not, can not, and will not send trading alerts directly to brokers.

Bottarelli Research and Bryan Bottarelli do not recommend nor require that members of Bottarelli Research engage in “auto-trading.” Bottarelli Research and/or Bryan Bottarelli offers no penalty or incentive, monetary or otherwise, to members to either engage in or not engage in “auto-trading.” Bottarelli Research and/or Bryan Bottarelli offers no opinion to individual members as to the propriety of engaging in “auto-trading” either in general or in conjunction with Bottarelli Research. The decision to engage in “auto-trading” is a decision left to the member of Bottarelli Research, but never will any Bottarelli Research trading alert be sent directly to a broker. Members are strongly encouraged to independently research whether “auto-trading” is an activity they would like to engage in in conjunction with Bottarelli Research. Past subscribers of Bottarelli Research have used the following “auto-traders:” American Options Service (AOS), MAN Securities, OptionsXpress, and ThinkorSwim, Inc. The previous list of “auto-traders” is purely informational in nature and is not meant to be and should not be construed as being a recommendation or endorsement of any or all of the aforementioned “auto-traders.” If a member chooses to engage in “auto-trading” and chooses to use a service not previously mentioned, that is a decision left to the member of Bottarelli Research. If a member chooses to engage in “auto-trading” without consent or support of Bottarelli Research, that is an independent decision made solely by the member of Bottarelli Research. Members are encouraged to independently verify the merits or shortcomings of an “auto-trading” broker before engaging its services, including those previously listed. Members are encouraged to seek information regarding any given “auto-trading” broker directly from the broker itself.
