Like a used car salesman targeting a first-time buyer who just got paid, the bankers on Capitol Hill are spinning a very good story – and Wall Street is buying it. In fact, judging by Wall Street’s reaction, they’re once again buying into their comments – hook, line, and sinker. As a result, the FAZ February 17 Calls (FEW BQ) that we entered for $1.58 have drifted back down to $1.68 in today’s trading. I don’t want to let this play slip from a gain into a loss, especially as the smooth-talking bankers once again hypnotize the masses with their calming jargon and rhetoric. Let’s go ahead and limit our risk by locking in our small profits now!
