Playing a $130 Breakout
PLAY: Buy the AMZN April 130 Calls (O:AMZN 10D130.00) at or under $5.50, good for the day. Place a protective stop limit at $3.10 and a pre-determined sniper sell at $7.50.

Over the last few days, shares of Amazon.com (AMZN – NASDAQ) have been poking around the $130.00 level. Now, if they can break above this level, then we’ll quickly see a move up to $140.00. At the same time, if AMZN takes a slight dip, then it’ll move back down to a strong support level. Either way, I think adding April calls now is a smart move. If AMZN dips, we can lower our cost basis and add to our position. If AMZN blows past $130, then we’re already positioned for a sweet winner. Armed with this plan, let’s get positioned now!
